Best Six Pack Workout - Achieve Hard Earned Abs

Greatest Six Pack Workout

Hey Fast Tracker's, happy Wednesday! Gunter and I had so much fun shooting this video for you. These are five of my favorite ab workout to do with a partner. You can do these as timed intervals or by reps. I suggest 25-50 reps or 30-60 seconds, timed. Here we go:

1. Support the ankles of your partner (or under the couch, if you're by yourself). Lift up your legs to a 90 degree angle and raise the hip, while shooting the legs straight up by way of a "hoop" made by your partner.

Keep your legs straight and don't allow your lower back to arch high off the mat. Lower your legs back to the beginning position as slow as you can with proper form.

2. For the next exercise, start with your legs in a 90 degree angle and allow your partner to throw your legs to the ground, resist as much as you can. Aim to lower them as slowly as possible to about 5-6 inches off the floor; then raise back up to your partner.

3. Hold your legs at about a 30 degree angle and cycle them in and out while keeping your abs tight. Don't forget to breath!

4. Next, sit facing your partner and lock legs. Pass a weight or weighted ball to and fro as you do a sit up. Advanced variation: tap the ball over your head, then bring the ball to your chest before passing to your partner.

5. Trunk Rotations: sit back to back and pass the ball with your partner.

Be sure to alter directions with each pass.

This is really a fantastic circuit to help tighten, strengthen, and tone your core.
